Bre Cavanaugh challenged Mr. Fortunato to a race on Monday. If she won, underclassmen would be allowed to wear shorts … underclassmen are allowed to wear shorts. In his email to the school, Mr. Fortunato said Bre “narrowly defeated him.” Also in the email, Mr. Fortunato said “enjoy wearing shorts.” See for yourself in the video below.
In an exclusive statement, Mr. Fortunato revealed that is was a win “by a hair.” Daiden Kent revealed that before the race he was worried that “maybe he is a secret track star…” In response, Mr. Fortunato said “maybe I’m a secret rock star.”
