Dev’s Corner: Making It Through the Rest of the Year

Okay guys, so, as of now we have just 42 short days (including weekends) until the end of school. This means two things: we don’t have that much time until summer, and we have exams. For most of you, this is both a blessing and a death sentence, because I assume a fair amount of you have been procrastinating this whole year. Luckily for you, I’m willing to share some tips on braving the little stretch that lies between you and summer.

Step 1) Use the time you have left on campus to hang out with friends. Remember that there isn’t a whole lot of time left until summer, so enjoy the time you have left, and spend time with the people you’re going to miss over the summer instead of worrying about exams.

Step 2) Play Fortnite. After realizing that you have no friends and no one wants to hang out with you, rack up hella solo wins in order to distract yourself from the crippling depression of loneliness.

Step 3) Remember to study for all your exams periodically. After finishing several consecutive matches of Fortnite in the bottom 90s, remember the impact that starting to study for your exams early could have on your GPA.

Step 4) Watch Netflix. After arriving at the conclusion that exams barley count towards your GPA anyway, and that the consistent 3.5s and incompletes you have been receiving since the start of the year should be enough to carry your GPA you might as well click yes to “Are you still watching?.”
