Alex Kirby ’20 is a three year junior at Blair. Her time here has been spent being a member of multiple class councils, a head tour guide, a member of acapella, and a talented member of the theater program. She’s also always a friendly face around campus.
Question: How many shows have you done at Blair, and which ones?
Answer: “I have done four shows, and they were In The Heights, Godspell, Crazy for You, and The Fantasticks.”
Question: What was your favorite show?
Answer: “Definitely either In The Heights or Godspell. In The Heights because it had the most fun music and I enjoyed dancing to it. I loved Godspell because of the cast.”
Question: What is your favorite and least favorite color?
Answer: “Yellow is my favorite and I don’t like black.”
Question: Where are you from?
Answer: “I am from Paradise Valley, Arizona.”
Question: What is your favorite food in the dining hall?
Answer: “The cheesy quinoa or banana and peanut butter on bread.”
Question: What do you love most about theater?
Answer: “I love the reaction of the audience afterwards. I always enjoy making them happy with my performance.”
Question: What is your worst quality you think you have?
Answer: “I am a perfectionist.”
Question: If you didn’t do theater, what sports would you have played?
Answer: “Probably soccer or maybe track.”
